  Harvey’s plaque arrived but it was damaged and has been reordered.

Treasurer Report: We had no expenses from September 12 to today October 10, 2006. We currently have $255.86.

New Business:
  Upcoming Events
    December 12th Dive club Meeting at Idaho Pizza Company Starting at 7:00 PM. Location is Overland and Roosevelt. We will be electing new officers for the coming year.
    January 9th – Annual Bowling at BSU Starting at 7:00 PM.
    Boat Show is coming up. Please let one of the officers know if you can help out.

Dr. Eric Johnson gave another great presentation about dive computers. He encouraged all of us to learn about our computers including the operating system they are using. When we purchase new computers understand the following:

1. Know what you want the computer to do.
2. Read the manual before you purchase the computer.
3. Can I understand and read the display of the PDC?
4. Where am I going to mount the computer?
5. What Bells and whistles do I want?
6. How much money do I have to spend?
7. How is my diving going to change?

After the meeting Dr. Johnson gave a quick tour of the decompression chambers at the Elks building.
